no idea, but I wouldn't be surprised...
I barely remember the last time I saw that.

I guess that's what I get for buying the WalMart special...
at least the other 2 movies on it are okay.

just one of the reasons i stopped buying DVDs... so much easier just to buy blank discs in bulk and rent from Netflix... There's even sites to get scans of the case covers and the discs themsleves so you can print up exact copies...

and suberbit just isn't worth it, imo. If you're that into pic quality that you think you can see the difference that 150 mb makes, then you're the kind of person who's just gonna buy it again when hi-def dvds come out next year... I borrowed a superbit disc from my neighbor and played it on my new TV and ran the regular version on a seperate input and switched back and forth and could only see the difference on stills if i got up really close to the screen...

of course, it does depend on the title, but some have a very small difference in size, especially the more recent titles that are released on 2 discs so the features aren't on the same disc as the movie anyways...

I wish I could find a list or something for some of this stuff.. I wanna know if they'll be an unrated director's cut of F4 before we end up purchasing it..

Ya know.. I think alot of people would appreciate it alot more if they gave you a choice more often then not.. I loved the fact I could choose between what I saw in Theatre's or getting an unrated version when they FIRST put it out.. Like Dawn of the Dead, Land of the Dead, Chronicles of Riddick, Cursed, ya know, like that.. Giving me the option makes me want to get the movie more often, especially if it's one I was thinking on to begin with.. When they split the crap up like they have on some of them (AvP), I end up getting pissed off at the motion picture company for screwing me over and almost vow to never get another one of their movies again.

I'd just like the same damn thing I saw in the theatre.

or like it was on vhs years back, if it was before my time.
(Lugosi's Dracula, etc.)

I don't need or want all the bells and whistles.
